Nyköping, Sweden, May 13, 2008, – BaySys Technologies, USA has ordered the CTT Cair™ System to be installed in one VIP A340 aircraft. The installation will be performed during fall/winter 2008.

Cair™ is focused on the passengers’ health and comfort by providing humidification of the extremely dry aircraft cabins without condensation. Cair™ gives a pleasant relative humidity of 20-25%, compared to 3-5% without, for the passengers, thereby reducing dry air related problems (e.g. fatigue, jet-lag, red eyes, dry skin, spread of virus diseases).

“Again we get an order for our cabin humidification system for a VIP aircraft which confirms the positive development in this market” says Ulf Liljenberg, Vice President Sales & Marketing of CTT Systems.” This is the first order from BaySys Technologies and we are excited to be able to develop a relationship with BaySys” continues Ulf Liljenberg.

The Cair™ system is based on evaporative cooling technology. Besides being extremely energy efficient, Cair™ uses a method that effectively precludes the transfer of bacteria within the aircraft. The dual-purpose system increases humidity for greater comfort and incorporates the Zonal Drying™ System to counter condensation problems.

CTT’s Zonal Drying™ System has been selected as basic equipment for the new B787 “Dreamliner” and CTT’s humidifiers are options in crew rest compartments and on flight deck. The A380 offers CTT’s humidifiers as option in crew rest compartments.
